Close to My Heart Pemberley Collection Card

Hello everyone from chilly Vegas--could be worse as they got snow in Dallas so I still have the better end of the stick. 
Well here is a preview of my project that is posted over on Pink By Design Stamps.  I used the very wonderful Pemberley paper collection that is new to Close to My Heart.

New Close to My Heart Products

Good Monday to all of you--I am in Vegas for a trade show for work and made this video before I left.  If you are in my CTMH club this is going to show you what you have coming this month.  There are still a couple places open if you would like to join! Just e-mail me and I will send you more information.   Trust me when I say it will be worth it once you get almost $150 in free product over the 6 months! 

Sorry the video is not one of my all time hits--getting used to a new camera--new lighting-and my user error was high!  LOL. 

OK let me recap the clubs for you all:

The basic CTMH club is made up of the WorkShop on the Go(WSOTG).  It has a full paper packet plus two sheets of wither white or colonial white card stock, an exclusive stamp set you can ONLY get in the WSOTG, and some sort of embellishment.  The WSOTG also comes with a workshop guide with step by step instructions for a double page layout.  I use the workshop guides over and over with different papers. 

In the upgrade Club you get all the above plus at least one additional stamp set, another embellishment or two, a free stamp of the month, and a discount on additional product purchased!

Fun Fold Friday

So it is finally Friday!  This week was killer and next week is already starting--lol!  Off to Vegas for a trade show next week so I have been busy making projects for next week.

Today is the first Fun Fold Friday and to kick it off I went back to my videos and found one of my most popular projects the exploding box.  I left all the embellishments off so you can see the base of the box.

In the coming weeks I will share cards, scrapbook layout out elements, and of course more boxes.  I will usually show a finished item and then do a generic how to video so you can see how to put it together with out having to fight a ton of embellishments or patterned paper.

Be my Valentine Card

Hope you all are having a great day--I have a pretty quick and easy card to share to day.  I had some scraps of K&Company paper and I simply hate to waste so I stated playing around and this is what I came up with.

It is simply an A2 card.  The stamp is from SU called Sweet Cake.  I heat embossed it and blotted the stamp before I put it to paper to give it a worn and tattered look.  Once the heating was done I took a Cotton Candy CTMH marker and colored over the distressed areas and the icing of the cupcake.  I stamped in HollyHock Red CTMH ink the sentiment from the same set.  A little bit of black gorssgrain ribbon and done. Simple right!?!?

Two more things--

Sweets for your Sweetheart

Half way through the week and Friday can not get here fast enough!!! Today I have a video that I did for a quick and easy project for the upcoming holiday of love--but you can easy change the sayings to fit coworkers, school classes and teachers, and all of your friends.  Not only do they get a fun fortune but a sweet treat

A whopper of a project........

It's Tuesday and I am in Indy.  Why you may ask--well I had to measure the new Pro Football Hall of Famers for their Gold Jackets!  That's right it's that time of year again.  Before I left I made a whopper of a project using these materials ( stamp set is Candygram from PBD)
