Close to My Heart Artiste Cricut Cartridge

Good morning everyone.  I am just going to start with the preview you all really want to see--that of the Artiste Cricut Cartridge!

The cartridge has 700 images including fonts, numbers, shames, themed keys for holidays and parties, as well as a ton of 3D items.  There are two handbooks; one for the cuts, and one showing how to put the 3D items together.

The kit is much like that of the Art Philosophy.  You will get three NEW stamp sets that work back to the cartridge as well as the chipboard (stamp able and cover able) that work back to the cuts as well.

Price for the cartridge set is $99 and will be available to start shipping on August 1.  I will be doing a cricut club again where you will not only get this cartridge but papers, embellishments, as well as tons of stamps that work back to the cartridge.  This is a monthly club that will run till January.  Clubs fill up super fast to email me if you are wanting to get in on the action--club members get special discounts and promotions through out the club session and I have lots new things planned!  So email me today to reserve your spot.  I am also taking preorders for the cartridge--Order will be place on August 1 so you will be one of the first to get your hands on this AWESOME cartridge.

There are 15 additional sets of stamps that work back as well as a Workshop on the Go Kit that really puts this cartridge through its paces!

What do you guys thinks!

Hello Hello my dear friends.......

Well I am alive and well.  Sometimes life gets in the way of the things we want to do for the things we have to do.  Work is something I have to do (I do like it) to pay the bills.  The past month and a half have been non stop travel, back to back trips, and more night in hotels across the country than I care to remember.  I just got home last night for yet another trip and today starts the CTMH convention here in Dallas--so I will be attending some of the events.  I can't wait to share all the new products and new from CTMH.  So this weekend I will be madly crafting and getting back to sharing some creations.
It has been tooooo long.  There are some very exciting things to share in the next week and I hope you will join me--Soooo glad to be back--missed  y'all.

Trend watcher

Well since I am on a plane headed back to Dallas I am unable to take a picture of a card that I made this past weekend--but I do have in flight gogo Internet so I can still share with you all.

As with anything paper crafting has trends--in color, pattern, materials, and embellishments.

There is one trend I keep holding onto and refuse to let go--that would be heavy edge inking.

Some of the trends that I really am into right now are
1. washi tape--can't get enough of it but can't seem to really use it on lots of projects.
2. all of the new My Minds Eye paper collections
3. wood accents
4. seam binding ribbon in every color possible
5. adhesive springs from Close to My Heart!

what are some of the trends that you can't get enough of?

Fathers Day Must Makes

Well a couple years ago I made this frame for Father's Day.
I bought the raw frame at Michael's and used Modge Podge to adhere the paper as well as top coat the finished product.
I also took some chalk ink to the edges and went a little heavy to give it that MANLY feel--LOL
I really like the little bit of twine I added and the metal accents to the plate.  The is from one of the Cricut Cake cartridges.

Leave those comments for your chance to win one of the 5 D sized stamp sets from CTMH this week--
Make it a great one-
