Tuesday is here and I am on a plane to Chicago to meet with a customer--up and back in the same day is a killer trip but I have to finish my projects for this weekend on Everyday Cricut--LOL!
Today I have a super simple card and a fun little video which I hope you will enjoy!
First the card-
This card took 10 Minutes to make! I used a sheet of navy card stock I had on hand and cut the printed stripe paper to fit. I inked the edges and applyed to the card face with my ATG gun. I then used the Fillable Frames #1 stamp set and die from Papertrey Ink and some Ranger ink to stamp and cut the center sentiment. To jazz up the bottom, I used a Fiskers edge punch along the bottom. This was a last minute add--when this happens I mark the center of my card so I can line it up with the center of my punch, make my first punch here and work my way to the edge. This help keep the sides even (looks like my measurements were just a smidge off--goes to show no one is perfect!) A card like this is perfect when your in a pinch or a masive time curnch!
Now on to the video--I wanted to share some of my budget friendly tips with you--
Thanks for stopping in today--I have really fun card to share with you in the morning! Make it a great one!

ReplyDeleteAnother informative video. You have some great ideas and I appreciate you sharing them with us.
ReplyDeleteI am a huge bargain shopper too. I hardly ever buy anything at full price and cringe when I have to. LOL. Don't forget about those % off coupons from the ads.
ReplyDeleteGreat shopping and it is also a nice card you made using some of the paper.
ReplyDeleteBrayan,
ReplyDeleteGreat job. I will keep this in mind when I need something fast. Of late seem like always.
This is a really nice masculine card. I really like the color combination.
ReplyDeleteLove the color combination on the card! I use those mat-stacks a lot, and it seems like they are proportionately designed for the prints to fit on cards, too. The video is really helpful. BethAnn
ReplyDeleteAwesome card! Love the papers!! Wonderful video. I'll be looking for some of this stuff. :)
ReplyDeleteI lovvvve bargains!! TFS
ReplyDeleteI'm a coupon clipper and always have been. I never buy anything full price. That is how I've stocked my beautiful scrap studio! Thank you for sharing your bargains.
ReplyDeleteI watched the video and seemed to take forever and only saw the first 45 seconds in about 5 minutes. The typing here is doing the same thing. Don't know what is going on but will try to watch it again tomorrow. Hopefully it will get corrected as I do also like a "good bargain."

Thank you for the videos. I don't have a Target close by but will stop in when I am in that neck of the woods. I do love the color combination. Another great card from Bryan!!
ReplyDeleteGreat card! Love the blues! I recently bought a ton of paper stacks at Marshalls and TJ Maxx. Just shows you need to keep your eyes open for those bargains!
ReplyDeleteGreat card Bryan! I really like how you used the stripes of different patterns. My fav. place to look for scrapbook deals is at Target - love the dollar spot! Thanks for sharing all your great tips.
ReplyDeleteLove these tips, Bryan. You should make it a regular on your blogspot. Any tips on storage?
ReplyDeleteBryan,

ReplyDeleteNo one else mentioned it, so perhaps it is just me, but there are 2 places on the video where it repeats itself.
