Happy Weekend! This was supposed to go live yesterday but I forgot to change the time so that did not happen--it's been so crazy that I would forget a lot of things if I did not have post it notes stuck everywhere! LOL
So today's layout is made using the Sophia Workshop from CTMH--I just love these papers.
I think this one will be perfect to showcase my sister's two girls.
Now for a few detail shots
I clear heat embossed the solid stripe of paper at the bottom and inked everything in sight. I used a couple of the ribbon flowers that are in the pink ribbon assortment.
Here is my journal spot where I used a few more of those ribbon flowers and I also clear embossed the lines to write on--the focus will be on you note but at least the lines will be straight!
Here you can see where I used some green polka dot ribbon as a photo corner. I also write the picture size in the middle of the matte so I can add pictures later.
Here is a close up of how the clear embossing really adds to a solid sheet of paper. Looks similar to the UV printing that is so popular on today's pages.
I did not add a title cause I am still toying with a few. You could use this layout for a mother/daughter, daughter, Easter, baby shower, birth of a new baby girl, just to name a few!
Hope you enjoyed the layout!
Make it a great one-

Love the layout. I especially like all the space for pictures. I like putting as many pictures on a page as I can. The colors are gorgeous! Great idea to put the mat sizes on their too so you know what size picture to use. You knocked this one out of the park! ; )
ReplyDeleteI love it! It's so strawberry shortcake. :) I had snow yesterday, so it's nice seeing something spring-y!
ReplyDeleteI have been busy with spring break and out of town for a couple of days and just got caught up on your blog. Love this LO.

I love the layout...I especially like how you write the size of the photo. I've been so set on just using the 4x6 size & wallet size because those are standard. If I give gifts, I'm going to mix up the sizes now and just write what size they need to cut their photo at! Thanks!
