Sophia 2 Page Layout

Happy Weekend!  This was supposed to go live yesterday but I forgot to change the time so that did not happen--it's been so crazy that I would forget a lot of things if I did not have post it notes stuck everywhere! LOL
So today's layout is made using the Sophia Workshop from CTMH--I just love these papers.
I think this one will be perfect to showcase my sister's two girls.

Now for a few detail shots
I clear heat embossed the solid stripe of paper at the bottom and inked everything in sight.  I used a couple of the ribbon flowers that are in the pink ribbon assortment.
Here is my journal spot where I used a few more of those ribbon flowers and I also clear embossed the lines to write on--the focus will be on you note but at least the lines will be straight!
Here you can see where I used some green polka dot ribbon as a photo corner.  I also write the picture size in the middle of the matte so I can add pictures later.
Here is a close up of how the clear embossing really adds to a solid sheet of paper.  Looks similar to the UV printing that is so popular on today's pages.
I did not add a title cause I am still toying with a few.  You could use this layout for a mother/daughter, daughter, Easter, baby shower, birth of a new baby girl, just to name a few!
Hope you enjoyed the layout!

Much Happiness

It's Thursday and but can the weekend not get her soon enough! What a week!
I have a great simple card for you today
I used the Sophia WOTG kit for all the papers, Kanji sentiments for the stamps from CTMH, pearls are from Michaels and they come in long strips so makes it fast and easy to apply.  The organza flower was white--I used my glimmer mists to change the color and of course I inked all my edges!
I have a double page layout to share with you on Friday so make sure to check it out!
Make it a great one!

Good day all!  Todays card is made using the Workshop on the go from CTMH for this month called Sophia.  This kit is essential for anyone that has daughters, mothers, neices, granddaughters, sisters, oh heck anyone really!
I used a standard size card, an edge punch, some seam binind from Joann's and a die and edge stamp from PTI.
Once I used the sentiment and birdcage stamp from the CTMH kit I sent it through my xyron unside down and added micro beads to the while die cut--no gems stones needed but plenty of bling to be had!
I used some scraps to finish off the inside--just a little something something!
Hope you have a great day

Simple Birthday Card.....

Hello everyone--hope y'all are well.  This week I have a sales meeting so not a lot of time but have projects from now till the end of the week, including a two page layout!!!
Today I have a super simple card-
Some simple patter paper, a fun ribbon, a great fonted stamp, and a little bling you have a fast and simple card.
I just love the simple bling!
Since the card is so long I thought the top half needed a little bit of something so these simple knots did just the trick!
Make sure to come back on Wednesday for a very cute card (if I say so myself!)
Make it a great one-
