Note Cards using Cricut Going Places

So today I have project two using Cricut Going Places and the gloge cut. I really like this one because of the layers, but there is a couple others in this cart as well as a very simple globe on the new Summer Vacation Mini.

This card is a standard A2 that I put together Using the same paper as yesterday but used a green background with edges inked with a paper trey ink square pad. I also used a Paper Trey Ink stamp for the sentiment.

I made these to drop a note in with all the blog candy from last week! I really like keeping with a theme!
Hope you have a great day!

Boarding Passes and Cricut Going Places Layout

Hello Everyone--I have a fun layout using all of my boarding passes from my recent trip and Cricut Going Places Cartridge-

Photobucket

I cut the world in blackout shadow, shadow, and base cut all at 5 1/2" inches. Centered it on the page and inked the edges. I punched the boarding passes with a large tag punch to make them all the same size and shape.
Photobucket
I used solid card stok for most of it--but the base cut was done in a printed paper from Michaels that has a high gloss UV print--I liked how it added texture and shine with out being to strong!
Photobucket

I added a stamp to the lower corner and called it good! I think this is going to be the closing page of the album I am going to do for this trip!

Photobucket

I have another project using this same cut to show on Wednesday!
Thanks for stopping in-

First off I want to thank you all for taking this trip with me--your comments have been great and I have read each one of them. I also work in a little shopping!

So here is the list of winners-you will have two weeks to contact me at scrapguyblog@yahoo.com with your mailing address and I will make sure to get them out as quickly as possible. All winners were selected by a random program on the internet!

I'm really enjoying "my" trip! Very interesting!! I had a friend once who had lived in Thailand. She loved it, especially the food, and really missed that once she moved back to the US. I remember something about fish sauce or something like that. Anyway, hope your insect bite is all cleared up. Keep sharing!!!
Hugs!
