So instead of a project I thought I would post a couple of my fav videos from achievers. They show some cool new projects and great products. Achievers is one of my must stops when I am in KC but there is not one here in DFW (HINT HINT)

ReplyDeleteThe multiple colored embossed image is great! I am lucky enough to have an Archiver's very close to my my house. It can be a dangerous place! I can always learn a new technique on their make and take weekends.

Always love to see different techniques, thanks for sharing Bryan, don't have an Archivers in Canada.
ReplyDeleteThere used to be an Archivers near Arlington, TX - but it closed. I wonder why? We went after a GASC convention one of the first years they held it. What an awesome store!
ReplyDeleteLiked the paper ribbon video. Thanks for the links.
ReplyDeleteYvonne
Woa!! Thank you SO much for these videos!! I LOVE learning new tips and tricks. Aren't those paper ribbons gorgeous? And my favourite tip came from the embossing video, but was more to do with turning the stamp over and putting the ink on the stamp - rather than the stamp on the ink pad. I must do that with my big stamps.
ReplyDeleteWe don't have Archivers here either... Too bad as I think (know!) I'd quite like it!
These are great videos! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeletethanks for the videos. Wish we had a archivers here in New England, even a Hobby Lobby would be nice

ReplyDeleteThanks so much for sharing these tuts Bryan! Great ideas! I've made the paper ribbon with the border punches before but I love how that one made with the loopy Martha Stewart punch looks! I wasn't familiar with the Versamark pen but now I need to go get one! It would be perfect for embossing digis too! I'm off to try the multicolored embossing technique now. :)

My nearest Archiver's is about 100 miles away, so it's far enough that I don't get into trouble by visiting too much, but close enough to make trips when I'm jonseing for a fix!
ReplyDeleteWow Bryan! Thanks so much for the videos!! I watched MANY different clips on all sorts of topics. I am fortunate enough to live and work near an Archivers. Yes, the store is great, but it is the EMPLOYEES that make my Aurora store my favorite place to be. Thanks for the reminder that the videos are out there.
