Thiland

So today our stop takes us about 2 hours outside of Bangkok!  Right near the sea shore and nothing like I expected.  SO MUCH BETTER!!!!
Picture this.....opening up the patio doors that run two full sides of your room and from all angles you have amazing views.  Infinity pool, beach access outside of your door, amazing food, and peace and quite!!!
It was a slice of pure heaven--I can not wait to go back.  Even the basic room had amazing views!
This view is what you saw as you walked into the hotel, open air lobby and a view you simply can not pull yourself away from!
view from one side of my room...............
view from the other side!!! not to bad----trust me when I say not all the hotels I stay at are this good!
On Friday I will have a view of Bangkok that I am almost positive few if any of you have seen--at least from this perspective.

Today's blog candy is a beautiful scarf!
leave those comments for your chance to win--no need to be a follower but it would be great if you did!
make it a great one!

  1. Oh Bryan that is gorgeous and yes, not what I expected! I think all I've seen that I know about Thailand is what they show on Amazing Race and that isn't too glamorous!

Thanks for the chance to win the scarf! That is what I have requested from my hubby to bring back for me on his next trip to China.

  3. Bryan, I am a long-time follower but somehow missed the discussion on what you do in the "real world" that causes you to travel so much. What is it? Even if it only occasionally took me to views like that you had on this trip, that would be wonderful for this gal with wanderlust!!

I appreciate the opportunity to win a new scarf. I LOVE to wear scarves and it would make my heart sing knowing it came from a scrapping buddy.

    Warmest wishes,

  22. Wow! beautiful...I travel for work, but almost completely domestic and I completely know what you mean about all hotels are not like that. :) I love scarves, and also have a cousin who just lost her hair due to chemo so if I win this, I will probably just have you ship it directly to her. :)
