Embossed Birthday Card.....

So here is a very easy birthday card that has a great pop added by heat embossing
Notice the envelope has a little extra pizazz as well!

don't forget the inside--a stamp and a little bling go a very long way!!!!

Ok--onto what is really on my mind--who bought what off HSN on Tuesday!!! I did make a few purchases but kept the wallet on lock down! LOL--let me know in your comments
Make it a great one

  1. Love the card! Despite having HSN on all day...I didn't buy anything! It was very difficult but I'm waiting for The Cinch that I ordered from Oh My Crafts and I had to be financially responsible. Hahahaha That's a good one!

  2. Love the card. My hubby actually bought me the Imagine!! I was watching HSN but not buying. Trying to keep the purse strings tight! He sees it and jumps to buy it!! I'm excited and can't wait to get it.

  3. cute card! love the embossing on it and I always love a finished inside too. I bought a set of 3 birds in a nest flowers and my dad was watching HSN a his house, called me to tell me about this great machine he thinks I'd like and he bought the IMAGINE for me. I couldn't believe it. :) It will be here next week. I already go my $5.00 white cardstock to test it out.

  5. Super cute card - I forget about my embossing stuff and will have to pull it out and use it again very soon! I did not tune in to HSN nor did I buy anything. Need new tires for my car, so no way could I buy any new carts, much less the Imagine. Looks like it would be fun though.

  7. Love this card. The embossing on the candles is great! I watched but did not buy. I really need a new computer so I think that has to come first. :)

  8. I did buy a few small supplies. I am more enthusiastic about the machine than I was initially, however, there are a few issues that I will wait for them to work out. I want to be able to use the 24" mat, and my Design Studio, both of which Ginger said they are working on. And I usually don't ever buy the first generation of anything, but wait for the "real world testing" and give time to get the kinks all worked out. I looks like an awesome machine.

  10. I love your card and the embossing. What stamp did you use for the candles? I didn't even turn on HSN because I didn't want to be tempted. I'm having back surgery on the 27th and know there will be hospital bills coming in.

  11. Real cute card on my way to make one! Would love to have the new machine but I just invested in a new RV and will have to take my cricut along instead. I love it!

  12. Nice card! I bought the Kodak camera and printer so had no money left. I just bought a new camera at Walmart in Ga. when mine died at my grandson's turning blue ceremony a few weeks ago. The one they were selling was the same camera and I got the printer for like $60 then. SOLD! Took the Ga. camera back yesterday to Walmart. I am waiting until the updates are out on the Imagine. I love my design studio and don't want to work on the small gypsy screen and/or have to buy a gypsy. Just call me frugal.

  14. I bought some Tim Holtz and Martha Stewart Products but that was it. I wanted an Imagine but it was way out of my price range. My bday is next month so hopefully I will get a little cash to help me in my quest and maybe provocraft will drop the price a little bit. I love your card you have greeat style and I love your guy style it gives us another perceptive.
